Designs created, turned to G-code, CNC plasma cut, hand finished and then options for raw finish or powdercoated
The Magic
You may have a profile or silhuette which you really love. Send it to me, let me know the size, what you want to do with it and I'll offer a price and some suggestions to how we can create your idea into steel.
Stages
1. Email me your image and idea, I'll make a quick estimate and give you some options. Once you have agreed and made an upfront design cost I'll
2. Create graphics for approval
3. Create the CNC code and cut the Steel.
4. Hand clean and finish the steel. Weld in any extra parts
5. Apply any surface coatings such as powdercoat
6. Send or deliver the item direct to your door
